Piano Lines

I am fascinated by negative space. This painting is one of the most minimalist pieces I have done.

Inspired by experimenting with a set of toothpicks, this piano seems to be floating over its bright white background. Use of the negative space leaves the completion of this upright piano to the imagination of the viewer.
