To Dance Beneath The Diamond Sky With One Hand Waving Free

The title is drawn from my favorite line of my favorite Bob Dylan song, ‘Mr Tamborine Man’. This song is the finest description I’ve ever read, poetry or prose, of the transcendental experience of listening to music, of allowing ourselves to reach that special place we all go when music takes us “on a trip upon a magic swirling ship”.

Represented within this cubist inspired construction are the music, the dance & diamond sky. The background concentric circles are the vinyl LP from which the music is emanating, the foot is the stylus of the phonograph.
