Self Portrait

This was done using a photo imported into the Brushes app.

Some basic outlines of the face & body are traced onto their own layer, colors applied,  and only a shadow of the original photo in the background, giving more dimension to the otherwise flat surface.

It’s hard to imagine doing this on a 2×3 inch surface, but the program I use allows for 3200 magnification which allows for accuracy down to the single pixel.
